Fluency works with brands, businesses, causes and creatives to bring their stories to life in a way that delights, inspires and leaves a lasting impression.
At Fluency, human connection is at the heart of everything we do. The more diversity we bring to the process, the more unique perspectives, experiences, knowledge, self-expression, creativity and capabilities we can draw from to guide our work.
We are committed to leading productions that bring together crew members of different age, color, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, socio-economic status and other qualities that make us our authentic selves.
We actively seek opportunities to partner with organizations to effectively communicate their actions and initiatives relating to their diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging journey. Most important, we are always trying to improve our way of working to be more inclusive, anti-racist and informed about bias, and to help create a path toward positive change in our community.
